Main Ingredients

chicken, garlic, beans, basil leaves

500 gm. (1 lb) chicken fillets
4 cloves garlic
10 green beans
20 fresh basil leaves
3 tb. oil
1 tsp. chilli paste
3 tbsp. fish sauce or salt to taste
2 tbsp. sugar


Slice chicken, chop garlic, cut beans into 1 c.m. long pieces, chop basil leaves.

Heat oil in a wok or a pan, add garlic and roast for a minute.

Add chilli paste and roast.
Add chicken and stir-fry for two minutes.

Add fish sauce or salt, sugar and beans and continue to stir-fry.

Reduce heat and add the basil leaves.
