Carrot : 4 cups of grated carrot
Milk : 2 cups
Sugar : 4 cups
Elaichi : 3 or 4 powdered
Cashew, raisins for taste
Ghee : 4 or 5 spoons

Fry the cashew and raisins in ghee and keep it aside.
Mix the grated carrot and milk. Heat it in a pan until the carrot is fully boiled,soft and the mixture is semi solid. Add sugar and constantly stir the mixture until the sugar becomes sticky. The stove should be kept in a low flame till the mixture solidifies and comes to the consistency of halwa. Add elaichi powder, cashew and raisins. Switch off the stove and add ghee on the top.
