Default Ultimate Chicken - The Bachelor Chicken

    Hi Everyone-

Here is a Typical wonderful bachelor Chicken Recipe... enjoy!!

    Ingredients:

Chicken legs or Boneless Chicken - 6 pieces
    2 Chopped onions
    Tomato paste - 3 tablesppon
    Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
    Ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chicken Masala powder - 2 tablespoon
    Chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
    Salt to taste

    Preparation:

First you need to have all these powders that I have mentioned.

Basically it reduces the time & effort chopping tomatoes/ginger/garlic etc. (You know we got a lot a stuff goin on with us....)

We didnt find `Onion powder` yet.. but those folks who can get them somewhere can replace it with the chopped Onions.

To start with fry the chopped onions until golden brown and add the rest of the ingredients that i have mentioned and stir along with Chicken.

Pour 1/2 glass of water and let the pressure cooker whistle 2-3 times.

If you feel too hungry carefully take the pressure cooker into the kitchen sink and pour cold water on top to reduce the pressure inside and gain quick access to Ultimate Chicken - The Bachelor Chicken!

(Don't stare at the pressure cooker when you are pouring cold water... )

Is this really a bachelor recipe

Cos I am a bachelorette...and all I own is one all purpose pan ...and a frying pan
I don't have any fancy pressure cooking apparatus

Oh and you can buy chopped onions in the frozen section of supermarkets.
or you can even get desicated/dehydrated versions of chopped onions.

Thank you for the ineteresting recipe

I have evn more simpler recipe...

1.get precooked frozen chicken nuggets or garlic flavored chickem legs or thighs or etc...(there are a lots )...

    2. Microwave it for 1 to 2 mins.

    3. Eat it along with a pop.(You see water is costly...)

    How is it?

    Kalpsen,

This is the first instance I'm talking to you.

    Welcome to Geetham Forums.

I have a very good cooking record so far, just check some of my own recipies too within the Geetham Recipe section (no where else you can find this and shy did made a wonderfull effort to Index 'em) if you are an explorer in this art.

Guess what, Most of the recipies in the others websites might go wrong, but not in Geetham's 'cause we do share the own experience in here . How does that sound to you?

    See you around pal.
